Can I customize my balloons? ABSOLUBTELY! You get to pick your colors for the balloons, tassels, message on the balloons. Of course, we will be here to help guide and offer suggestions if you if you need us to!

What type of balloons do you use? 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We strive to use high quality balloons. The latex balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days or weeks. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.
Can I leave my balloons outside and expect them to last forever? Like we said before not only with helium but air filled balloons in general do not perform well under the Texas heat. It is suggested to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. Lighter colors do best in the direct sun, know that darker colors with oxidize faster in the sun.
Disclaimer: We cannot make a guarantee that your balloons at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your helium or air filled balloons. Once delivered, we are not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.
Gender Reveals: We do gender reveal balloons or balloon arrangements! We are always looking for ideas on how to make this moment special for parents so if you have a request let us know and we will try out best to make it become a reality. We can fill giant balloons with mini balloons as well as confetti. We can get the information in the way that is most comfortable for you: If your doctor has your results they can be emailed to ballooneerhelp@gmail.com or we can meet you to get the results.
How do I order balloons? First, complete our Let's Chat! inquiry form. If you submit your form during the weekend I will get back to you on Monday of the following week. If you submit your inquiry Monday-Thursday I will usually get back to you within 48 hours. Last step will be sending you an invoice so you can proceed with payment and a contract for you to sign after we have discussed and answered all your questions and ideas!
Deposits and Cancellations: All bookings will require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the date. Total has to be paid in full a week before the event. If for some reason your event is canceled we will use your deposit as a credit on your account for a future event.
Do you come back and take down the installation? Taking down the installation is responsibility of the client once the event has finished. We can always come back and take down the installation for you but this will be an additional charge. If this is something you are looking to add please let us know when booking your date.
What do you use to hang your garlands? We use wall friendly, 3M command hooks. Here is an instructional video on how to remove them.
